We absolutely loved the facilities at this cheap accommodation! The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were a real treat. Plus, the free breakfast in the morning and free soup and bread in the evening saved us a lot of money. The social life here was amazing too – we made so many friends, chilled on the bus with sky TV and movies, played table tennis, and even had BBQs. Best hostel experience in New Zealand!
Felt cozy, couldn't find anything to complain about.

I had a great experience here. The hotel facilities were fantastic, including a swimming pool, sauna, sunbeds, and a fully equipped kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving me lots of tips about the area. The location was ideal, away from the center of town but close to an organic supermarket. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained.
Was all great.

During my recent stay at Paradiso Backpacker, I was pleasantly surprised by the range of complimentary extras offered. The free pack of instant noodles upon check-in was a thoughtful touch. The daily free breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the free dinner, featuring vegetable soup with fresh bread and slices of cake, was a delicious and satisfying meal. I also appreciated the free WiFi, which allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. The beds were sturdy and very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the unique feature of having two beds in the rafters of my room. The facilities, such as the swimming pool and kitchen, were great and available for guests to use free of charge. Paradiso Backpacker provided a range of free extras and comfortable amenities that enhanced my stay.

This hostel had everything we needed for our city break. We especially loved the pool, sauna, and sunbeds, perfect for summer. The breakfast included in our stay was a nice touch and offered standard items such as toast and cereal. The staff, specifically Rhonda, were incredibly helpful and had great energy. the location was excellent and in a nice residential neighborhood.
Although the hostel had great amenities and a perfect location, it was quite loud, especially after curfew. However, the bathrooms and other areas were well-maintained and clean.

Great value for money with awesome complementary services like a sauna and delicious breakfast buffet included. the location was perfectly central with easy access to all the city's attractions.
Sadly, the shared bathroom was a bit of a disappointment as it was often crowded and not as clean as we would have liked. we had a bit of an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members, but it did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.
